*Next Day Courier (9am – 10pm)

Orders must be received by 4:00pm on Mon - Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays. Deliveries will be fulfilled by the next working day. Orders made over the weekends are usually delivered on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email or SMS as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Some orders may take longer to process if received during sale periods, around public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

^#Next Day Courier (3hr time slot)

You can choose your delivery to arrive anytime during one of 3h time slots (9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-10pm). We will try to deliver according to the preference indicated on the best effort basis. Sometimes, your delivery may arrive outside your selected hours if received during sale periods, around public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

Delivery Failure and Other Charges

In the event of delivery failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($5 for small order and $15 for large orders) will be charged to resend the order.

*Note: For some bulky orders, a S$15 surcharge may apply to certain delivery locations in Singapore (e.g. residential areas in Sentosa). Residential areas in Sentosa are a secured zone, therefore most delivery companies require this surcharge.

For Urgent Same Day 6 hour - Flat rate of $25.00 per address/way

Orders must be received by 12:00pm on Mon - Sat, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries will be fulfilled within 6 hours from the time of order. You will receive an email or SMS as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Some orders may take longer to process if received during sale periods, around public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
