Refund policy
Returns
A “return” can mean a refund or exchange. Our return policy lasts 30 days, from your date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent to us: (i) unused; (ii) in the same condition that you received it; (iii) in its original packaging and (iv) accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personal care items and intimate wear cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and we will transfer the approved refund amount back to you within 14 working days from date of our approval via PayNow (or other interbank fund transfer system).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable), for example: (i) items (such as books) with obvious signs of use; (ii) any item not in its original condition; (iii) any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; (iv) any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; and/or (v) any item you purchased during a sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 working days from the date your receive our refund approval email, please contact us at lilfairies3@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lilfairies3@gmail.com with photo evidence of the defect or damage. If approved for an exchange, you can then send your item to the shipping address below.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3016 Bedok North Ave 4 #07-26 Singapore 489947 SINGAPORE. (Available Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
